Wooden flooring


Wooden floors are all the rage now but it is not only the fashionable look which inspires people to choose wooden floors they have health benefits too. Carpets however hard and frequently you cleaned them would always hold dirt in them. You should expect your wooden floor to last you upwards of ten years carpets if continually cleaned on a monthly basis are unlikely to look good after a few years at best.

The advantage to wooden floors is that you can always re-sand them if need be you can do this yourself buy hiring floor sanders or get a professional floor sander to do the job for you. If done correctly you would expect to sand a wooden floor maybe every 15 years or so depending on the amount of traffic the floor receives.
